SECTION/RULE §303.203 - Evidence by Applicant

In applying for a license to be issued by the commission, a person to whom this subchapter applies must present to the commission:(1) any recommendations of the prosecution, law enforcement agencies, or correctional authorities relating to the conviction or rehabilitation of the person; and(2) evidence that the applicant has paid all outstanding fines, court costs, and restitution that was ordered to be paid relating to the conviction.
