(a) For each violation of the Act or a Rule, the stewards and racing judges may:(1) impose a fine of not more than $25,000; and(2) suspend an occupational license for not more than five years.(b) A person against whom the stewards or racing judges have imposed a fine shall pay the fine to the Commission not later than 5:00 p.m. of the third calendar day after the day the person is informed of the ruling that imposed the fine.
