(a) An association shall provide adequate lighting on association grounds to ensure the safety of the horses or greyhounds, the employees, and patrons.(b) If an association conducts races at night, the association shall maintain a back-up lighting system in case of an emergency.(c) An association shall perform regular maintenance and checks on the lighting systems to ensure that the systems are in proper working order.
