(a) A gate in a rail must appear similar to the rail. The top rail of the gate must be secured to the top rail.(b) A gate in the inside rail that is more than 10 feet long must have a center support.(c) An association shall ensure that all gates to the track are closed during a race.(d) Horse access gates must be placed at least 50 feet apart.
