SECTION/RULE §309.210 - Lighting

(a) An association shall provide lighting for the racetrack and the patron facilities that is adequate to ensure the safety and security of the patrons, licensees, and horses and to ensure the proper operation of the videotape and photofinish equipment. The lighting must be approved by the executive secretary.(b) An association shall provide additional lighting in the stable area, including adequate lighting in each stall and barn, and security lighting that is activated automatically.
