(a) An association shall provide adequate stands for officials to have an uninterrupted view of the racetrack.(b) If an association uses a patrol judge, the floor of the stand for the patrol judge must be at least six feet above the top of the track rail.(c) An association shall provide a clocker's stand in a location approved by the executive secretary.
