SECTION/RULE §309.305 - Starting Boxes

(a) An association shall provide and maintain at least two starting boxes approved by the executive secretary. Each starting box must be equipped with an automatic opener with a manual back-up.(b) The association shall periodically inspect each starting box to ensure its safe and effective operation.(c) An association shall ensure that the starting box located at the five-sixteenths start is set back in the chute.
