(a) An association shall use standard schooling procedures.(b) An association shall provide:(1) unlimited unofficial schooling at least two mornings per week; and(2) unlimited official schooling at least two nights per week.(c) The association may not conduct an official schooling race unless at least two racing judges are present at least 30 minutes before the start of the race and during the race.
