SECTION/RULE §311.7 - Renewal of Licenses

(a) Application. To renew an occupational license issued under this chapter, a licensee must:(1) apply to the Commission on a form prescribed by the executive secretary; and(2) pay the appropriate license fee.(b) Terms of License. A license renewed under this subchapter has the same terms and is subject to the same conditions as the original license.
