SECTION/RULE §311.107 - Lessee/Lessor

(a) A race animal may be raced under lease provided a completed lease form is attached to the registration certificate and is on file with the racing secretary.(b) The lessee and lessor of a horse or greyhound for racing purposes must obtain an owner's license in accordance with §311.101(a) of this title (relating to Horse Owners) and §311.102(a) of this title (relating to Greyhound Owners).
