SECTION/RULE §311.110 - Leadout

(a) To be licensed as a leadout, an individual must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Commission veterinarian that the individual is knowledgeable in the handling and/or care of greyhounds.(b) A leadout shall be dressed in a clean uniform for each performance, present a neat appearance, and behave in an orderly manner.(c) A leadout may not smoke while in uniform.(d) A leadout may not own an interest in a greyhound registered at the association for which the leadout is employed.(e) Except in the leadout's lounge, a leadout may not consume or carry food or beverages while the leadout is on duty.
