SECTION/RULE §311.204 - Bribes Prohibited

(a) A person may not:(1) directly or indirectly offer or give a bribe to another person to violate the Act or a Rule; or(2) solicit or accept a bribe from another person to violate the Act or a Rule.(b) A licensee may not offer, give, solicit, or accept a bribe to(1) not enter a race animal in a race;(2) provide false information in order to have a race animal scratched from a race; or(3) withdraw a race animal from a race.(c) A person may not offer, give, solicit, or accept a bribe to purchase or cash a mutuel ticket for another person.(d) A licensee shall notify the Commission immediately if the licensee knows that a person has violated this section.
