SECTION/RULE §311.206 - Influence of Race Prohibited

(a) A person may not improperly influence or conspire or attempt to improperly influence the results of a race.(b) A person may not possess on association grounds or use a device designed to increase or decrease the speed of a horse other than an ordinary riding whip.
