SECTION/RULE §311.211 - Weapons Prohibited

(a) Except as otherwise provided by this section, a person may not possess a weapon prohibited by Penal Code, §46.03(a) if the person is in an area on association grounds to which admission ordinarily can be obtained only on payment of an admission fee or presentation of official credentials.(b) This section does not apply to a person who is:(1) a peace officer; or(2) a commissioned security officer licensed by the Texas Commission on Private Security Agencies and approved by the executive secretary.
