SECTION/RULE §311.212 - Duty to Wear Badge

(a) Except as otherwise provided by this section, a licensee shall display his or her license badge in a conspicuous place on his or her body at all times that the licensee is engaged in performing duties or is in a restricted area.(b) This section does not apply to a licensee who is:(1) performing duties as an assistant starter; or(2) mounted on a horse.
