SECTION/RULE §315.5 - General Duties

(a) An official other than a racing judge is directly responsible to the racing judges for the performance of the official's duties and shall exercise due diligence in the performance of those duties.(b) An official shall promptly report to the racing judges or the executive secretary any observed violation of the Act or a rule of the commission.
