SECTION/RULE §321.29 - Mutuel Tickets

Each mutuel ticket issued must have printed on its face:(1) the name of the racetrack facility where the wager was placed;(2) the name of the racetrack where the race was conducted;(3) the number of the race;(4) the unique computer-generated ticket number;(5) the date the ticket was issued;(6) the date of the race for which the ticket was issued;(7) the number of the ticket-issuing machine;(8) the type of pool;(9) the number of each entry on which the wager was placed;(10) the dollar amount of the wager; and(11) appropriate language to indicate the expiration of the ticket shall be the first anniversary of the day the ticket was purchased.
