Each voucher issued must have printed on its face:(1) the name of the racetrack facility where the voucher was issued;(2) the unique computer-generated voucher number;(3) the date the voucher was issued;(4) the number of the ticket-issuing machine;(5) the dollar amount of the voucher; and(6) appropriate language to indicate the expiration of the voucher shall be the first anniversary of the day the voucher was issued.
