Each association shall conduct wagering using a pari-mutuel system approved by the Commission. The pari-mutuel system shall operate in accordance with applicable laws and rules and meet the technical standards set forth in the Association of Racing Commissioners International Totalisator Technical Standards as amended in July 2012. Box 12080, Austin, Texas 78711, or at the Commission office at 8505 Cross Park Dr., #110, Austin, Texas 78754.
