SECTION/RULE §321.501 - Negotiation With Horsemen

(a) Except as otherwise provided by this subsection, an association shall negotiate with the officially recognized horsemen's organization in this state regarding all simulcasting. An association and the officially recognized horsemen's organization may not agree to an allocation of simulcast revenue to purses that differs from §321.503 of this title (relating to Purses.)(b) If after a good faith effort the association and the organization cannot reach an agreement on simulcasting, either party may petition the Commission to decide the issues in dispute. The decision of the Commission is binding on all parties.
