SECTION/RULE §323.1 - Investigation and Disciplinary Action

(a) The Commission may investigate and institute disciplinary action regarding any alleged violations of the Act, a rule or order of the Commission, or an order of a court relating to racing or pari-mutuel wagering.(b) For purposes of this section, a person who aids or abets or conspires with another to commit a violation is considered to have committed the violation.
