SECTION/RULE §323.5 - Complaints against Officials

(a) A complaint against a racing official other than a steward or racing judge must be made to the stewards or racing judges. The stewards or racing judges shall immediately forward the complaint to the Commission.(b) A complaint against a steward or racing judge must be made to the executive secretary.(c) A complaint under this section must be made not later than 5:00 p.m. of the third day after the date of the official's action that is the subject of the complaint.
