SECTION/RULE §401.363 - Retailer Record

Each retailer shall keep accurate and complete records of all tickets from active and settled packs that have not sold. All commission records maintained by a retailer shall be open to inspection by the commission. The commission may make summaries or notes of any such records and may copy any such records either at the retailer's place of business or off such premises so long as such records are returned within 48 hours of the time they are removed from such place of business.
