(a) A settlement agreement may resolve an entire claim or any designated and severable portion of a claim.(b) To be enforceable, a settlement agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties or their authorized representatives.(c) A partial settlement does not waive a parties' rights under the Government Code, Chapter 2260, as to remaining claims or counterclaims.
