(a) The procedures contained in this subchapter in relation to contract disputes are exclusive and required prerequisites to suit under the Civil Practice & Remedies Code, Chapter 107, and the Government Code, Chapter 2260.(b) This subchapter does not waive the Board's sovereign immunity to suit or liability.
