SECTION/RULE §1.65 - Exceptions to Proposal for Decision

(a) Pursuant to Chapter 2001 of the Texas Government Code, every party has the right to file exceptions to the Proposal for Decision issued by the ALJ and to present a brief with respect to the exceptions.(b) All exceptions must be mailed within 10 working days of the proponent's receipt of the Proposal for Decision, with replies, if any, to be mailed within ten working days of the receipt of exceptions. Extensions of the deadline to file exceptions shall be negotiated between the parties; the first extension shall not be unreasonably withheld.
