SECTION/RULE §1.84 - Donations by a Private Donor to the Texas Higher Education Foundation

(a) A private donor may make a donation to the Texas Higher Education Foundation to assist in accomplishing the duties of the Board.(b) The Texas Higher Education Foundation shall administer and use the donation in accordance with the provisions in the memorandum of understanding between the Texas Higher Education Foundation and the Board, as described in §1.85(c) of this title (relating to Relationship between the Texas Higher Education Foundation and the Board).
