SECTION/RULE §1.97 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(1) Agency--Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.(2) Day--A calendar day. If an act is required to occur on a day falling on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the first working day that is not one of these days should be counted as the required day for purpose of this act.(3) Program or Division--Any subunit of the Agency, to be determined by the Agency.(4) Requestor--The person who submits a request for correction of incorrect information, whether on his or her own behalf or on behalf of someone else.
