(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2110, §2110.0012.(b) Purposes. The Learning Technology Advisory Committee is created to provide the Board with advice and recommendation(s) regarding the role that learning technology plays in Texas higher education.
