(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Government Code, 2110.0012(b) Purpose. The Marketable Skills Task Force is created to provide the Commissioner and the Board with guidance regarding the implementation of the strategies under the Marketable skills goal of 60x30TX.
