SECTION/RULE §10.873 - Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for and receive funding under the Program an entity must:(1) Be a Nonprofit Organization;(2) Be a Workforce Intermediary and Job Training Organization;(3) Have a governance structure that is led by or includes recognized leaders of broad-based community organizations and executive-level or managerial-level members of the local business community;(4) Have executed partnership agreements with one or more public junior colleges, public state colleges, or public technical institutes that meet the criteria set forth in §10.875(b)(1) - (4) of this subchapter (relating to Evaluation);(5) Provide job training and evidence-based coordinated services that assist students with applying for jobs through employment to:(A) Low-income students; or(B) Veterans; and(6) Any other eligibility criteria set forth in the RFA.
