SECTION/RULE §10.57 - Reporting

(a) Each grantee shall file program narrative, expenditure, and resident roster reports in a format on or before the day and time specified by the Coordinating Board.(b) No later than ninety (90) days after the end of the Operational Grant or Faculty Support Grant Program, the grantee shall conduct a post award audit. The post award audit shall include a review of program goals and grant expenditures. To fulfill this requirement, a grantee shall submit the following reports to the Coordinating Board:(1) A final narrative report on the grant program's efforts to recruit residents likely to practice in medically underserved urban or medically underserved rural areas of the state and the program's encouragement of residents to enter practice in medically underserved urban or medically underserved rural areas of the state addressing the needs of communities or regions; and(2) A final expenditure report for all expended grant funds. The final expenditure report must include an attestation from Grantee that all expenditures were allowable expenses pursuant to law and regulation.
