SECTION/RULE §10.73 - Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for and receive funding under the Program an entity must:(1) qualify for exemption from federal income tax under Section 501, Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (26 U.S.C. Section 501); or(2) be operated by a state accredited medical school; and(3) fulfill any other eligibility criteria set forth in the RFA.
