SECTION/RULE §10.77 - Reporting

(a) Grantee shall submit narrative reports within the deadlines and format set forth in the RFA and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:(1) the number of program preceptor matches, the number of participating medical students, and the number of participating preceptors;(2) student participation by medical school in each fiscal year of the Grant Period;(3) student and preceptor participation by specific preceptor location;(4) the intended specialty training of medical students participating in the preceptorship program;(5) a description of efforts to secure local and other support for the program, including information on in-kind grants of supplies, time, and property allocated to the program;(6) narrative status report on the development of the program;(7) Project Work Plan. The Applicant shall submit, with the Application, an updated workplan which must be supplemented for each interim report and for the final report; and(8) any other information required by the RFA.(b) Grantee shall submit expenditure reports within the deadlines and format set forth in the RFA.
