SECTION/RULE §10.232 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(1) Board--The governing body of the agency known as the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.(2) Commissioner--The Texas Commissioner of Higher Education.(3) Coordinating Board--The agency known as the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, including agency staff.(4) Request for Application (RFA)--The official document issued by the Coordinating Board to solicit applicants for an award of available grant funds.(5) Upper-Level Academic Instruction and Training--A course beyond the core in the fields of nursing, allied health or other health-related education at an institution of higher education.
