SECTION/RULE §11.23 - Approval and Operation of Extension Programs and Centers

(a) The system may establish an extension program in accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 135.06, and by approval of the Board.(b) The system may operate an extension center in accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 135.02, and under continuing review by the Board as outlined in Chapter 10 of this title (relating to Institutional Effectiveness in Public Community/Junior College Districts and Technical Colleges).
