(a) Board action on the approval of additional campuses or extension centers, acquisition of land, or new program requests which are not delegated to the Commissioner shall be taken at the quarterly Board meeting after the request has been submitted.(b) A resolution shall be entered in the minutes of the Board and conveyed in writing by the Commissioner to the governing board of the Texas State Technical College System.
