SECTION/RULE §12.4 - Program Design and Administration

(a) The Coordinating Board shall administer this program in consultation with the Texas Education Agency and the Texas Workforce Commission. A public junior college shall submit an application for approval to the Coordinating Board to offer this program.(b) The Commissioner will consult with the Texas Workforce Commission Chairman's Tri- Agency Workforce Council in determining program elements and competencies.
