SECTION/RULE §12.8 - Required Reporting

(a) Each participating public junior college or consortia approved to offer this program shall report to the Coordinating Board via a form and on a schedule approved by the Commissioner for data collection required under this section. Each participating public junior college shall provide disaggregated data and information including, but not limited to, the following:(1) Student enrollment data;(2) Student completion data; and(3) Any other data or attributes as determined by the Commissioner.(b) Each participating public junior college or consortia approved to offer this program shall provide any additional reports certified in accordance with Coordinating Board data reporting requirements.(c) The Board shall submit to the Legislature a progress report on the effectiveness of this program and recommendations for legislative or other action no later than December 1, 2026.
