SECTION/RULE §13.47 - Format for Higher Education Fund (HEF) Budget
Chapter Review Date 01/31/2020

The HEF budget shall:(1) include all projects approved for funding with HEF bonds by component institution,(2) include all debt service payments on HEF-backed bonds by component institution, and(3) include all capital equipment and library books to be purchased during the fiscal year with HEF funds.
