(a) By May 1, 2006, each institution shall report to the Board the types and amounts of tuition and fees charged to students by semester, beginning with the 2003 fall semester and including the 2005 spring semester.(b) Beginning December 1, 2006, each institution shall report the types and amounts of tuition and fees charged to students by semester during the previous academic year.(c) In reporting the types and amounts of tuition and fees charged to students, all institutions shall classify the tuition and fees according to the definitions of those terms provided in §13.142 of this title (relating to Definitions).
