The following words and terms, when used in these sections, shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.(1) Agreement--The agreement between the National Geographic Society and the Coordinating Board to create and administer the Texas Fund for Geography Education.(2) Board--The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.(3) Commissioner--The Commissioner of Higher Education.(4) Committee--The advisory committee appointed by the Commissioner to solicit and recommend grant proposals.(5) Fund--The Texas Fund for Geography Education, which consists of funds contributed by the Board, the Society, and donors and income to the fund.(6) Society--The National Geographic Society of Washington, D.C.
