SECTION/RULE §13.183 - Dissolution of the Fund
Chapter Review Date 01/31/2020

If the Board or the Society dissolves the fund, the fund balance shall be distributed in the following manner:(1) one-half to the general revenue fund of the State of Texas;(2) remainder to donors to the fund, in the amount the donor deposited; and(3) any further remainder to the Society.
