SECTION/RULE §13.405 - Awards

(a) The amount of funding available to the program is dependent on the legislative appropriation for the program for each biennial state budget. Award levels and estimated number of awards will be specified in the RFA.(b) TRUE Grant Program awards shall be subject to approval pursuant to 19 Texas Administrative Code §1.16.(c) The size of award may be adjusted by the Commissioner to best fulfill the purpose of the RFA.
