SECTION/RULE §13.470 - Purpose and Effective Date

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to implement the Community College Finance Program authorized by Texas Education Code, Chapters 61, 130, and 130A.(b) Effective Date of Rules. The rules in this subchapter apply to funding for fiscal year 2024 only and will expire on August 31, 2024.
