SECTION/RULE §15.22 - Eligible Institutions

(a) The following general academic teaching institutions are eligible to receive distributions from the Texas University Fund in a state fiscal year:(1) Texas State University;(2) Texas Tech University;(3) University of Houston; and(4) University of North Texas.(b) A general academic teaching institution not listed above may become a TUF-eligible institution in a state fiscal year if it meets the statutory requirements.
