SECTION/RULE §17.113 - Institutional Audit Cycle

(a) The Coordinating Board shall determine the frequency and the scope of the audits authorized by this section; audits shall be limited to objectives stated in §17.111 of this title (relating to Facilities Audit Objectives).(b) The Board may conduct an audit of an institution more often than every five years upon the request of the institution, the Board, the Legislature, or another agency within revenue appropriated for this purpose.(c) Board staff shall publish a schedule of audits for the succeeding fiscal year.
