SUBCHAPTER I - REVIEW OF EXISTING DEGREE PROGRAMS
SECTION/RULE §2.183 - Baccalaureate Degree Programs at Public Junior Colleges

(a) Each public junior college offering a baccalaureate degree program under this subchapter shall conduct a review of each baccalaureate degree program offered and prepare a biennial report on the operation, quality, and effectiveness of the baccalaureate degree programs in a format specified by the Board. A copy of the report shall be delivered to the Board by January 1 of each odd numbered year.(b) The Commissioner may require any reporting necessary to determine whether the program remains in compliance with the terms of its program approval, statute, or these rules.
