SECTION/RULE §2.237 - Criteria for An Applied Associate Degree

(a) A proposed applied associate degree program shall meet the criteria set out in this subchapter, in addition to the general criteria in §2.5 of this chapter (relating to General Criteria for Program Approval).(b) Board staff shall ensure that the institution certifies and provides required evidence that a proposed applied associate degree meets the criteria in §2.5 of this chapter.(c) The institution shall certify that the proposed program complies with all applicable provisions contained in this subchapter and subchapter A of this chapter (relating to General Provisions).
