SECTION/RULE §2.268 - Effective Date of Rules

(a) Any certificate subject to approval under this subchapter offered for the first time on or after September 1, 2024, is subject to this rule.(b) Section 2.266, Approval Required for a Proposed Revision to a Certificate Program, is effective on September 1, 2024.
